Across the country blacks are complaining that the EEOC under Jacqueline Berrien is worse than it's ever been. They report that the EEOC doesn't even investigate complaints, instead investigators harass the person filing the report; investigators even create reasons to rule in favor of the employer. One insider claims that there's absolutely no use in going to the EEOC with a racial discrimination complaint—they'll simply throw your complaint in a big room full of files—if you never contact them again, they sure won't contact you.
